The seller (costermangerstu) states: My award-winning WHISPERS magazine commissioned Steve Fabian to illustrate the Howard Phillips Lovecraft (Arkham House and WEIRD TALES author) DREAM QUEST OF UNKNOWN KADATH. The project saw only one color piece (cover on issue #23-24) used (the other stuff is still in our backlog. This is one of the half-pages, the blank space in the middle was to show the quotation from the story that the half-page (and the opposite full-page) illustrated. I have more of these half-pages around (and one full page).
