Perhaps it would be useful to translate the card´s text, to the non-spanish readers.
It says: "Some years ago in Dunwich a semi-idiot girl gave birth to illegitimate twins. ONE OF THEM WAS ALMOST HUMAN!"
The movie´s title can be translated as "The Possessed".
